Part of The Artefacts and Archives Research Groups

A group interested in learning more about lithics has recently started up. It is planned that the group will analyse and record flints from the Palaeolithic period up to the Bronze Age with the support of Chris Taylor who has considerable expertise in this area of study.  Unfortunately, due to the Covid restrictions meeting in person has not been possible, however Chris has already given some useful online tutorials.

Once restrictions are lifted the group will meet at the Abinger Research Centre, probably once a month on a Sunday.
